Commercial law is the specialized law of merchants. Therefore, an in-depth knowledge of the German Commercial Code and, in case of international relations, of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is necessary. Commercial law is characterized by a multitude of customs through general terms and conditions (AGB, INCOTERMS).
